It is 11 years today since you journeyed to the Heavenly Kingdom
Though abrupt your departure was, leaving us your children lonely
In heaven abode we trust you sit, by Almighty side we see you smile
Smile again Daddy, though in heavenly form, that bewitching smile
Your sojourn upon this earth was not in vain we now declare
For in us you left your legacy of Love, Values and Fortitude
But most of All You bequeathed knowledge
Upon your lineage now flows your fountain of words that wise.
Your Life was a Great Blessing to us whom behind you left Dad,
We will always cherish our fond memories of You.

I am very sorry for your loss.
Please find comfort in knowing that Jehovah God has promised a resurrection at Acts 24:15 and this is something we can look forward to. Our heavenly father knows the pain we go through when we lose someone in death and has therefore promised to wipe out death forever- Isaiah 25:8 and 1Cor 15:26.
