Rev David Mungai Kiarie (Retired), formerly of PCEA Eastleigh Parish

It is with great sadness and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Rev David Mungai Kiarie (retired) of P.C.EA Eastleigh Parish, Nairobi Central, Presbytery, NCCK, on 6th August 2018.

Son of the late Harrison Kiarie and Priscilla Wamaitha Kiarie. Husband to Violet Nyokabi Mungai. Father to Harrison Christian Kiarie Mungai, Mariners Church (USA), Catherine Wamaitha Njoroge (USA), Timothy Kibe Mungai, Bewes Gichuhi Kiarie. Grandfather to Violet Nyokabi Kibe, Purity Nyokabi Njoroge, Noel Kiarie Kibe, Nyokabi Alma Mungai, Christian Kiarie Mungai and Ruby Nyokabi Gichuhi. Father in-law to Delta LaDue Mungai (USA), Evans Njoroge USA, Janice Mungai. Brother to the late Bewes Gichuhi Kiarie, the late Jonathar Karanja, Elizabeth Mwangi and the late Ellen Wanja.

The family and friends are meeting at their home at Kiamumbi Maziwa every day from 6:30 pm.

There will be a memorial service Sunday 12th August 2018 at PCEA Eastleigh Church from 3 pm.

The cortege leaves Avenue Hospital mortuary on Monday 13th August 2018 at 7:30 am for the funeral service from 10 am at Church of the Torch, Thogoto and burial at the cemetery onsite Church of the Torch, Kiambu County.
