Laurian Kwoba Kollikho

It is with great sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Laurian Kwoba Kollikho – former County Executive Committee Member of Agriculture, Bungoma County, after a short illness.

Son of the late mzee Wanjoya Kollikho and the late mama Ciementina Nasiumbu of Kibabii. Loving husband of Emily Nabutola Kwoba – deputy Principal Bukananachi Friends Secondary School. Doting father of Denis Kwoba (Bungoma County). Fiona Kwoba (Kenya School of Law) and Davies Kwoba (USIU). Son in-law of the late mzee Patrick Nabutola and mama Selina Nabutola of Tabani. Brother of Chrispus, Charles (London), Maurice, Ignatius, the late Mary, the late Immaculate, Peter, Pius, Frank, Jentrix among many others. Cousin of Cleophas P Mumiukha, the late Prof. Kasili, the late Mumelo, Nobert, Gilbert, Patrick, Supt. E. Maloba, D. Muchele, Khisa, Joseph among others. Uncle of Dan Wanjoya, Darwin, Caroline. G. Maloba, Austine among others. Brother-in-law of R. Siakama (KPLC). Frank Musungu and Mary Musungu (DOD), Kenneth, Pastor David, Dickson, Catherine – Bungoma County, Nancy, Gabriel (GDC) among others.

A fundraising to offset hospital bill Wednesday, 31st January at Bungoma Members Club another in Nairobi on Wednesday, 31st at Nairobi Railways Club at 5PM.

Funeral and prayer meetings are being held daily at his home.

The cortege leaves MTRH on Saturday, 3rd February 2018 at 9 AM for church service at Christ the King Cathedral Bungoma at 1PM.

The requiem mass will be held at KMTC grounds Bungoma on Monday, 5th starting at 9.00AM followed by burial at his Kanduyi home, opposite Kanduyi DEB Primary.
