A year has gone by yet the pain is still fresh in our hearts. We soldier on as we cling dearly to memories of you. Dearly missed by your loving wife, children, grandchildren, colleagues, relatives and friends.
The Kalunde family deeply appreciates all who condoled with us both materially and spiritually during your demise. In particular, The church, St Joseph’s Mutituni, clergy and entire diocese, His Excellency, the Governor Machakos County and Machakos County Assembly, your doctor’s both in Nairobi and Machakos, neighbors’, relatives and friends.
Your love guides us forward and we shall treasure the time God gave us with you forever. Soar with the Angels Dad till we meet again.

Dad,
You’ve been on my mind lately. In the midst of my somber nostalgia, I realized that it was almost the anniversary of your untimely death. 4 years have come and gone. So much has happened. A lot has changed. Dad you always chose to rise up and make the best of each day. You taught us to stick together and never to despair. You know how hard that is. So, while sitting wanting to be left alone yet also feeling forgotten insignificant and utterly sorry about this unpredictable life, I remember your optimism and tireless endurance. You had a heart full of gold and a very generous spirit. You were a pillar of strength to many. You are missed but never forgotten. You remain forever in our hearts and we look forward to the time when we will all rejoice to see each other again in heaven. Rest well daddy. Rest in God’s Perfect Peace.
