Elly Ogone Okondo

It is with deep sorrow that we, the family of the late Wilson Okondo Onyango, wish to announce the sudden demise of our dear beloved brother Elly Ogone Okondo on 16th April 2018.

Son of the late Wilson Okondo, Jane Riako Okondo & Rev. Canon Joan Openji Okondo. Loving husband of Venossa Weke, father of Belinda, Natasha, Vinny & Jenny. Beloved brother of the late Philip, Elizabeth, Jacqueline, Joy, Terry, Violet & Kennedy. Step brother of the late Dorah, the late Sarah, Dorothy, Jane, Rebecca, the late Elizabeth, Norah, Joe, the late Thomas & Dan Okondo. Cousin of Robert Ogone, Manasseh, Pamella, Okumba, among many.

Son in law of Vincent & Veronica Weke. Uncle of Brian, Terry, Ben, Lisah, Bridget, Samira, Beth & Omar. Nephew of Jack Olango, Fred Oyucho among many. Brother in law of Alex, the late Stephen Ogutu, Nick Onyango, Nick Owiti, Lisa Gitaari, Lucy Ochar & the late Frank Odwesso.

Relatives & friends are meeting daily at Mombasa village from 5pm and at Migadini, Big Mama’s residence, opposite Chaani primary school from 6pm.

There will be a fundraising drive on Friday 20th April at Mombasa Village from 6pm.

Burial will take place on 28th April at Asembo Kabondo, Kapetro, Kisumu County at his father’s home.
