The family of Cyrus Murage Kariuki (Mugwathi Garden Motel – Gatitu, Nyeri) announces his passing on to glory on Tuesday February 12, 2018 after a long illness bravely borne.

Son of the late James Kariuki and the late Lydia Murugi. Beloved husband of the late Margaret Wambui Murage. Devoted father of Murugi & Ken Kanja, Njeri, Mathangani & Muthoni and Wangui.

Brother of Jerioth, Jack, Wanja and Kagiri. Son-in-law of the Late Wilfred Kaguura and Prisca Wambui.

Doting grandfather, adored uncle and friend to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily from 5pm at St. Andrews Church – Nairobi and at his Mugwathi home – Gatitu, Nyeri for funeral arrangements.

The cortege will leave Outspan funeral home on Wednesday February 21, at 8AM for a requiem mass at Mugwathi (grounds) from 11am and burial thereafter.

Death is nothing but a return home to God, the bond of love we shared will forever be unbroken.

Go well baba, you were no ordinary man.
