Our mind often needs comfort because various trials can cause great mental distress. In our own strength we likely cannot cope, however psalm 147:3 Jehovah is healing the brokenhearted ones and his binding up their painful spot. Moreover 2cor 1:3,4 “praised be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ the father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort who comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the comfort that we receive from God.” Reading the bible can help us have peace of mind and hope. Poleni sana.
