Amb. Yvonne Nambia Wamalwa

We, the Wamalwa family, would like to sincerely thank the President of the Republic of Kenya, H.E Uhuru Kenyatta, Deputy President, RE William Ruto and the entire Government of Kenya for their support before, during and after the demise of our beloved Yvonne Nambia Wamalwa.

In particular, we would also like to thank the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Cabinet Secretaries Amb. Dr Amina Mohamed and Amb. Dr Monica Juma, the Office of the President, the State Department for Public Works and other government departments that supported us.

We thank the Catholic church and it’s leader-ship led by Bishop Crowley and his pastoral team in Krtale; Father Omondi and his team in Karen Regina Caen, Consolata Church for your prayers, for all masses said for our dear Yvonne. We also appreciate the choir teams both in Nairobi and Kitale.

We thank the funeral committee members led by Hon Musikari Kombo for the great and exceptional organizational skills. We thank the 3rd President Mwai Kibaki, the Omamo family Led by CS Raychelle Omamo, the Mboya family and UNCTAD Secretary General Dr. Mukhisa Kituyi for all your support.

We thank the Governor of Trans Nzoia County Hon. Patrick Khaemba and his team and all the Governors, Speaker and members of the Senate, Speaker and members of National Assembly and Members of County Assemblies for your support.

Our special thanks go to Dr. Masinde and his A&K medical team in Nairobi and Delhi, Lee Funeral Home, caterers, and our florists. We thank Nanyuki Cottage Hospital and the Kenya Police Service in Nanyuki for your professionalism.

We thank all those who turned up to witness the final journey of the late Yvonne Nambia Wamalwa.

We are grateful to all who walked with us at this very difficult time. May the Almighty God bless you all.
