We the family of the late Amb Charles Gatere Maina extend our sincere gratitude for the overwhelming support during the passing of my dear husband and our loving father.

Great comfort during our grieving were the heartfelt expressions of support, conveyed in many ways.

We deeply appreciate your thoughtfulness and thank you most sincerely.

Special thanks go to all those who stood with us through his final years as we journeyed including a great team of medical practitioners, physiotherapists and home nursing care minders who never fatigued, friends from Royal Nairobi Golf Club and Muthaigd Golf Club, the caddies at Royal Nairobi Golf Club, our George Padmore Road nyumba Kumi, our Alzheimer’s care-givers support group, the team at Montezuma, Reverend Tom Otieno of Lavington United Church, Reverend Korir and the Nairobi Chapel Pastoral team, Bashir (Royal Media Services) & the organizing committee.

We wish to thank all those who have condoled with us, giving moral, financial and prayer support before and after his demise.
