Albert Wilson See Gumba

1941 – 7/1/2018  

We humbly accept the will of God following the demise of Albert Wilson See Gumba on Sunday 7th January 2018 after a long illness bravely borne.

Son of the late Wilson Richard Gumba and Dorsila Masaa Gumba. Son-in-law of the late Habil Wilson Kanani and Mama Anna Kanani. Adorable husband of Grace Lily Gumba. Father of David Owino, Tom Mboya, Gail Gumba, Anne Gumba & Fred Kanani. Father-in-law of Gladys Wanjiku, Rhoda Mboya, and George Muiruri. Grandfather of Ainsley, Adrian, Josephine, Chris, Elton, Keith, Owen, Tracy, Grace, Nester, Ethan and Zuri.

Beloved brother of the late Ambrose Gumba, Pamela Gumba, Johnstone, James, Alice, and Okwach among others. Brother-in-law of Naomi, Nereah, the late Richard Kanani, the late Jane, Ken, Roslyne, and the late Enock among others. Nephew of the late, Raute, the late Ouko, the late Paulo among others; and also an uncle of many.

The cortege leaves Aga Khan Hospital Mortuary, Kisumu on Thursday, 18th January at noon followed by a church service at ACK -All Saints Maseno Parish. Funeral service will be held at his home in Kisumu-Karateng’ where he will be laid to rest on Friday 19th January 2018 at 10.00am.

There will be a fundraiser on Friday 12th January at All Saints Cathedral starting at 5.30pm.

Blessed are they that do his commandments that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city – Rev 22:14

    Please find comfort in knowing that Jehovah God has promised a resurrection at Acts 24:15 and this is something we can look forward to. Our heavenly father knows the pain we go through when we lose someone in death and has therefore promised to wipe out death forever- Isaiah 25:8 and 1Cor 15:26.
