Appreciation

We the family of the late Ruth Ng’endo Macharia thank the Almighty God for the life we shared with her. She was a blessing to many. We cannot sufficiently express our gratitude to you all for the messages of encouragement, prayers, financial support and visits during her illness and thereafter during the difficult period after her passing away and for your generous contributions towards the funeral arrangements.

Special appreciation goes to the friends and relatives who met for two days at St Andrews PCEA Church Nairobi. We cannot forget those people who took their time to meet daily at Maitu’s home in Mutati Village, Gatundu South. We express our special thanks and gratitude to the following: The PCEA Kigaa Church/Woman’s Guild led by Rev. Stephen Ngigi, the St Andrews ACK Zimmerman Church led by Canon John Maina, PCEA Ruiru Town Church led by Rev. James Muhia, PCEA Nairobi West Church led by Dr. Gicheru and CCIC Ruiru led by Rev Waigwa Mbuthia who prayed with us and ensured that we gave Maitu a glorious send- off Our gratitude also goes to Dr. Thuo of St Jude Hospital Gatundu and Jane Merl who was Maitu’s Care Giver, Muthoni and our sister Nyambura for always being there for Maitu.

Since it may not be possible to name each and all of you in person, kindly accept this message as an expression of our deepest gratitude for the generosity and support that enabled us to give our Maitu a befitting send- off.
