Rebecca Kerubo Nyamwaro

It’s with deep sorrow and humble acceptance that we announce the death of Rebecca Kerubo Nyamwaro of Naivasha on 23^rd January 2017 at the Kijabe Mission Hospital after a short illness.

Daughter of the late Charles Ong’au and Mama Bilha. Wife of Mathews Nyamwaro. Daughter in law of the late Silvanus Onkang’i and Mama Maria Rosa Onkang’i. Mother of Emily Nyamwaro (Busia), Edward Osoro, Eric Omurwa and Eunice Monayo (Germany). Sister of Mary Chief, the late Grace Maisha, John, Justus, Joel, late Isaac Ong’au, Eucabeth, Eve Sindiga, and Jackline Muchoki. Mother in law of Eric Obura and Mary Wangui. Niece of Dr Nyagwoko, Anthony Keriga (Akemo Hospital), Mogesi (Narok), Patroba Ogero (Kitale). Grandmother of David Nyamwaro Junior and 11 others. Cousin of Richard Okikos, Bundi Manari, Kemuma Manaris, Barnabas, Edward, Obwochas, Jared Omurwa, Pastor Ngoko, Mokayas and many others. Sister in law of the late Pacifica, Mosigisi, Mosiara, Grace, the late Kirui, Nyamari, Omaya, Gladys, Cosmas, Linet, Vincent, Sarah, Cleophas, Eunice, Chief Nyong’a, Samuel Menge, Josephine, Cecilia, Phyllis, the late Jane, the late Tom Nyariki, Elijah Muchoki and others.

Family and friends are meeting at her Naivasha House on Sunday 29^th January 2017 for the main fund raising and Nairobi at Maxwell old Sanctuary on Tuesday 31^st January 2017.

The cortege leaves James Finlay Funeral Home on 02/02/2017 for burial rites on 03/02/2017 at her home in Nyamiobo, Kiogoro, Nyaribari Chache, Kisii County.
