We the family of the late Prof. Justice (Rtd) Onesimus Kimweli Mutungi, wish to express our sincere gratitude and heartfelt appreciation for your prayers, the love, consolation visits, words of comfort, moral, physical and financial support received from all our relatives, friends, colleagues, neighbours and all well-wishers during the hospitalisation and eventual demise of our late beloved husband, father, brother, grandfather and uncle. Our very special appreciation goes to Corporal Pauline Wambuku of Parklands Police Station, the team of Doctors at the Aga Khan University Hospital led by Dr. David Oluoch Olunya; the children’s friends including Dr. Michael Mangutha and Dr. Wilfred Nderi, the nurses at the ICU, the HDU, the Private Wing and all medical staff of The Aga University Hospital who were involved with the health care of the late Prof. O.K. Mutungi. Our special appreciation also goes to the Vice-Chancellor, University of Nairobi, The Chief Medical Officer, University Health Services; The Dean, the Chairman- Dept. of Commercial law, colleagues, the entire staff, SALAR and the students at School of Law, Parklands Campus, University of Nairobi. Further, our very special gratitude goes to the members of the Organising Committees in Nairobi and at Yumbu-Mutomo, the clan, the Burial Association and the neighbours. We also express our sincere thanks to His Lordship Bishop Anthony Muheria of Diocese of Kitui and the Priests of Diocese of Kitui, St Paul’s University Chapel fraternity, Fr. S. Nlbugua, Fr. D.Wamugunda and other priests, St. Paul’s Choir, Westlands and Kileleshwa Rosary Groups, the Rwanda-Uganda Pilgrimage group and Pauka Court residents. As it may not be possible to individually thank each person or group, please accept this message of appreciation as our Big Thank You To You All.
