We regret to announce the death of Mzee William Ong’olo Ochieng of Alara Village, Bondo, Siaya County on the 13th September 2017 in Kisumu.
Husband of Mama Martha Njira, brother of Jason Aloo. Father of David, the late Martin, Joseph, Monica Obor, Thomas, Mary Andersson, Eunice Flyckt, Moses, Enock, Peter, Dennis, Grace Karlsson, Paul, and Steven. Father-in-law of Dr. Jane Marie Ogola, Mary Bridges, Kay Mabunde , the late George Obor, Dr. Evelyne Apiyo, Karl-Henrik Flyckt, Betty Achapa, Carolyne Shikanda, Effie Asola, Christian Karlsson and Leila Zabibu.
Grandfather of Peter Ochieng’, Tom Martin, Peter Oduor, Alfred, Harry, Joseph, William, Shauna, Doris; Martha, Laverne, Leona, Paul, Gustav, Emma, Martin Flyckt, Shawn, Martha Agutu, Martin Agutu, George-William, Rebecca, William Odhiambo, David, Faith, Emmanuel and Immanuela.
Funeral Service will be held on Thursday 5th October 2017 at 11am at St. Stephen’s Cathedral, Kisumu. Burial will follow on Friday 6th October 2017 at 1200 noon, at his home in Alara Village, Bondo.
There will be a meeting to offset hospital and funeral expenses at All Saints Cathedral on Wednesday 27th September at 5pm.

What an enigmatic father we had, what a rear gem we have lost? You were more golden than gold, more precious than diamond you were more classy than any, you were really a shinning star in the midst of stars, continue to rest in the Lord, Papa we will miss you, lala salama Mzee wetu. Rest in Peace. Poleni saana my dear brothers and sisters.
