Lemayian Temesgen ole Kantai

We wish to announce the passing of our little hero, Lemayian Temesgen ole Kantai, after a long and complicated hospitalisation, just a month short of his second birthday.

Hhe was the son of Parselelo ole Kantai and Hana Kefela. He was also the brother of Santayian Kinya Kantai and Sesenet Moisari Kantai.

His gentle spirit now rests with that of his grandfather, the late B.K Ole Kantai and his uncle, the late Henock Kefela. He was loved and will always be remembered by his grandparents, Kefela Gebremedhin and Elsa Hailu, and Esther Womulabira Kantai; his uncles Parsaman Kantai, Yonas Kefela and Daniel Kefela; aunts Tallash Kantai, Resson Kantai-Duff and Zewdy Kefela; the wider Kantai and Gebremedhin families, friends and other relations in Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia, Eritrea and diasporas.

He will be laid to rest on Saturday, August 19 at Oloolua, Ngong. Contributions can be made to M-Pesa Pay bill: 303030 (Account No. 2024613219). Meetings are being held at the All Saints Cathedral from 5 pm, and at the home on Hatheru Road, Lavington.
