The family of the late Mrs Agatha Nyokabi Maina would like to appreciate the prayers, moral and material support given to the family after the sudden demise of their beloved Agatha on 30/11/2017 and the subsequent send off on 8/12/201 7.
As it is not be possible to name each individual in this advertisement, please feel greatly appreciated for whatever you did in support of the family. Of special mention is the funeral organising committee that took charge of the matter from day one until she was laid to rest, the clergy led by His Grace the Archbishop Anthony Muheria for his prayers and message of condolences, Father in Charge of Ruaraka Parish, Rev Jude Waweru who presided over the requiem mass and the graveside final rites, Father Bernard Kinyanjui and Father Francis Njoroge for offering Holy Mass at different times at home, Father Boniface Kimondolo of St Lwanga Catholic Church, Nkoroi for his prayers and message of condolence.
We wish to thank the leadership, choir, church members and various church groups of St Gabriel Catholic Church Thome for their united support. The CWA stood out prominently as they gathered together in unison to give a decent send off to one of their own members.
The clergy and faithfuls of ACK Emmanuel Church, Karuri cannot be forgotten for their immense solidarity with the family. The neighbouring PCEA Kiu Kenda Church and the Waverly Residents Association came out strongly in our support and we recognise their support. Former workmates of Agatha. lnnova Ltd, NCWSC, Trinity Chapel-Ruiru, jJurney Church Community, friends and Class of 85 Engineers all came out to offer support of one kind or another. We value all that you did for us.
Finally the Bible Study Group (BSG) and the St Raphael SCC of St Gabriel Church Thome did a commendable job of ensuring everything went right in giving Agatha a befitting sendoff. Last but not least the minibus driver who ferried mourners from the mortuary to Church then to the cemetery and back to town. Your patience was noted and appreciated.
May the Almighty God bless you all for responding positively to this unfortunate tragedy.
