Thomas Matianyi Mokaya

It’s with humility and appreciation of God’s will that we announce the demise of Thomas Matianyi Mokaya of both Manga in Nyamira County and Isinya in Kajiado County.

Son of the late Mokaya Nyakwaye and the late Kwamboka Nyagesoa. Brother of Osano Mokaya, John Mokaya, Mokaya Mokaya, Nyakerario and Salome. His uncles were the late Amemo Nyakwaye and the late Ombane Nyakwaye. Cousin of Onkundi Ombane and Asiago Amemo. Husband of Betty Bathsheba Bonareri. Father of Kenneth Mokaya, Joy Kwamboka, Sarah Omwenga and Abraham Oirere. Grand-father of Roger, Kerubo, Betty,Tom and Jaypee.

Brother-in-law of the late Elizabeth, Monicah and the late Rebecca. Nephew of Agnes and Nyomenda. Korera of David Kamau, MCA John Peter Njira and Callen Otuoma, Semo of Maraki and Nyangena. Brother-in-law of Maisiba, the late Maranga, Samuel, Peter, Susanna, Mary and Jemimah. His Nephews are Mokaya, Maurice, Omwenga, Teresa, Gisemba, Justin and Lucy.  Uncle of the late Hezron, Yobesh, Mokaya and the late Callen. Service at the Lee Funeral Home on Wednesday.

There will be viewing of the Body and a brief prayer service at Lee Funeral Home on Wednesday 6th   December 2017 at Noon after which the Cortege will depart for vigil at his Isinya home,  Kajiado County.

Funeral and Burial service will be at his Isinya Home starting 10.00am on 7/12/2017. Contributions can be made to the late Thomas Mokaya Matianyi, Paybill No: 891300, Account No. 16955.
